The graduate programme at Unilever is called the Unillever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP), and on this site you’ll find blogs from all of our current graduates – check them out now.

There are also two great ways to get a taste for what Unilever is all about, before you even graduate. The first is our Industrial Placements, which is a year long placement and if you pass you’ll be offered a role on our UFLP – check out blogs from IP-ers here

The second option is our Summer Placements – where you can work with us for 12 weeks over the summer and if you pass your placement be fast-tracked to the final stage for our UFLP – check out their blogs now.

Quite a few of our Summer & Industrial Placement Bloggers are now on the UFLP, so feel free to comment on their blogs, and they may still be around to answer any questions you have!
